Where can I have my package delivered?

Delivery at home or at work

For compact national shipments, we work with Bpost. They deliver during the day between 8 am and 5 pm.

Larger deliveries such as mattresses, toppers, beds, etc. are provided by our logistics partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking code by email.

Pick up at a Sleepy dealer in the neighbourhood

You can pick up your order at one of our Sleepy dealers. Please contact the webshop on 09/258 24 00 or via e-mail [email protected] to guarantee availability.

What is the delivery period?

The delivery time depends on various factors:

  • Available stock
  • Payment method
  • Shipping method

If the item is in stock and ordered before 5pm, your order will be delivered within 48 hours on working days.

For items that are not immediately in stock, the estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page online and in the order confirmation.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track and trace link to follow the delivery status of your package.
