120 nights of trial sleep
When you buy a Sleepy® Original or Sleepy® Uni mattress we give you 120 nights to test it out in the peace and quiet of your own bedroom. Not entirely convinced? Then we will come and pick up the mattress for free and refund the purchase price. Provided that the product is undamaged and without signs of use.
The delivery time depends on the available stock, the payment method and the shipping method.
If the item is in stock and ordered before 5pm, your order will be delivered within 48 hours on working days (BENELUX). As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track and trace link to follow the delivery status of your package.
For items that are not immediately in stock, the product page online and in the order confirmation will indicate the estimated delivery time.
For compact size national shipments, we work with Bpost. They deliver during the day between 8am and 5pm.
Larger packages such as mattresses, toppers, beds, etc. are delivered by our logistics partner.
You can return your order free of charge via a Sleepy Dealer in your area. Bring your invoice and article with you.
Note: Returned items are not refunded in cash in the shops. The refund is further monitored by the webshop and is always done through the account of the order. We deposit the amount into your account within fourteen days after the purchase was cancelled.
Smaller products can also be returned via Bpost. The shipping costs are for the customer and amount to €5.

Not satisfied with your order? No problem, you can return your purchase within 14 days after receipt.
For the Sleepy® Original and Sleepy® Uni mattresses a return period of 120 days applies.
