How can I return my order?
Are you not satisfied with your order? No problem, you can return your purchase within 14 days after receipt.
The following conditions apply:
- The product is undamaged, has no signs of use and is unassembled
- Preferably in the original packaging
- The product is not specially adapted for you
Return through a Sleepy dealer in the neighborhood
Go to your nearest Sleepy Dealer In the shops, returnable items are not refunded in cash. The refund will be further monitored by the webshop and will always be done through the account of the order. We will deposit the amount to your account within fourteen days after the purchase is cancelled.
Return via BPOST (for smaller parcels such as pillows and textiles)

- The shipping cost of the return is for the customer and amounts to €5
- You will receive a return label.
- Stick the return label on your package and bring it to a postal service point.
Upon receipt of your return we will send you a confirmation of refund. We will deposit the amount into your account within fourteen days of the dissolution of the purchase.
For larger packages such as mattresses, the return is handled by our logistics partner.
We will collect the product from you as soon as possible. This works as follows:
- Call our Customer Service department on +32 258 24 00. Make sure you have your invoice to hand
- Together with you our employee will go through the return procedure. At the agreed time we will collect the product from you
- You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. We will transfer this to your account within fourteen days after dissolution of the purchase.
Can I return my order free of charge?
